Frustrating Service Failures

Had a horrible experience first of all their Treebo website mentions this offer for new customers when asked at the reception they had zero knowledge about it. Misleading customers can be a serious claim so I would request them to take this fake offer down. The reception staff denied having any knowledge about the offer and even after showing them the offer and we were told that nobody has asked about this so not sure what we were on about which is crazy to me. Plus their WhatsApp support is amazing nightmare. I sent 2/3 requests for late checkout and the complaint about the offer nothing was noted and when we asked the reception the next day they had zero information and we were called multiple times from the reception and the funny part is ’Treebo’ never got back to me about any of my queries or requests.So clearly there is zero communication between departments no support service apart from the reception staff who have zero knowledge about their own website. Overall do not expect much and avoid at all costs!!

Disappointing Stay with Good Location

We booked room online but the photo and reality didn't match.I didn't like the rooms honestly not the staff helped but the owner was very helpful he told the staff to give us a different room next day but as mentioned staff was not good. Location was good everything was within 7 km distance like shopping,food,etc.
