Very Bad experience.I had a very bad experience during my stay on 27th Dec 2025. If you start with a very basic animities that a hotel provide is a secured room, clean bedding, clean and working toilet these are all basic you think a hotel will provide. TO MY SURPRISE EVERYTHING WAS MISSING. Main door lock was broken, toilet taps were leaking, tiles broken, No toiletries, No set of Towels, bedding were dirty even room was not clean. It was my bad luck I checked in at 9 PM, because of which my options of finding another hotel was very thin.Hotel did not even have water bottles. I asked for water bottles they simply told Bottles Khatam Ho Gayi Hain Order Kiya Hai.Lastly I am very disappointed with Treebo To have such time of service providers in their chain. Will not recommend to anyone.

If you have other options in similar rates then don't opt for this hotel. The rooms are very badly maintained. Our door lock got broken and they we had to keep our luggage for safety reasons in a other room (luckily we had that option). The condition of the room was such that we were worried what next would break.Rooms were stinking badly and the washroom flush was also leaking. Not a great experience and would not recommend it

I recently stayed at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which I really appreciated. However, the overall room experience was disappointing.Initially, only half a liter of drinking water was provided. The washroom light was not working, and there was a cockroach in the room. We requested a room change, but it took almost two hours. The new room was not much better ’ the TV wasn’t working, taps were leaking, door locks were broken, and paint was peeling off the walls.On a positive note, the staff were polite and tried to help, but their response was quite slow. The breakfast, however, was good and well-prepared.Overall, the stay could have been much better if basic maintenance and cleanliness were taken care of.

Ek no ka faltu hotel.. unka employee Manish (as per hotel he is an agent of them) is wrong person. To us he conveyed something thing different and to hotel he had said something different for the extra time of stay. Just an average hotel. Yes the ala carte food was good. Breafast was not as per the hotel tariff. NOT the worth hotel as per the rate. No proper towel was provvided. Only when we told them then they provided. Don't book this hotel and ruin your day. The madam sitting at the reception has no ethics to talk to the customers. Yes she had no used anything wrong words but she has no ethics of talking. Our tariff was inclusive of all as conveyed to us by Manish but when billing it is different. It was my mistake i took my family at their hotel. But i will request everyone not to book this hotel at any cost.
