We thought we found a really good deal, looking at the brand name but unfortunately we found out the hard way that you get what you pay for! AC was not working, the kettle was broken, not a good experience
Both the room and bathroom had a strong unpleasant odor and were not well kept. They failed to offer drinking water, which is essential for guests. The service was awful, and the reception team did not respond to or acknowledge our requests. In general, the experience was very unsatisfactory, and I would advise against staying here.

Solo Traveller • Aug 2026Room was not clean. There is no view from the room’s window. Wi-Fi was very slow. Curtains were not washed. Mirror was dirty. I have stayed in many Treebo property but this one was not at all good. Not worth the price that we paid and not a perfect location if you want to visit the core of Chikkamagaluru.
