The room was neat. The bathroom very clean and hygienic.The breakfast was fantastic Ediyappam and kadlacurry, bread toast with butter and jam. I truly great stay and will visit again.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, and comfortable. The toilet was well-maintained.The staffs are were friendly and helpful.The breakfast was outstanding like a 5 star hotel taste idiyappam with kadala curry. Comfortable stay with excellent food and service.

I'm an YouTuber. I have stayed here for one day. Room is good, but AC is not good in condition. After checkin, almost half an hour the is not cooled. I have informed with the receptionist he asked me to wait for 30 min more. I have been waiting for almost 2-3 hours and asked multiple times to change the room but they didn't. End of the day I felt like waste of money by staying here. And this hotel is near to Punnamada House boats.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. The room was extremely dirty when we checked in, and there were hairs everywhere which clearly showed that proper cleaning had not been done. Basic toiletries like soap and shampoo were also not provided, which is something every hotel should offer as a minimum standard.The AC was not working, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The TV was also useless as it was not a smart TV and had very limited functionality.The location of the property is also quite poor, as there are no good restaurants or food options nearby.I must say that the staff was polite and they did change the bedding after we complained, but unfortunately a lot of our time was already wasted dealing with these issues.The most disappointing part is that I booked this property under the Treebo brand, which is relatively expensive compared to nearby homestays. At that price point, I expected much better quality, cleanliness, and amenities. Surprisingly, many nearby homestays seem to offer better facilities and value for money.Overall, not a good experience and I would not recommend this property.
