TreeHouse Velis Sonipat

We stayed at the Treehouse Hotel for work. The rooms were clean and the facilities excellent. The food was tasty, with a variety of dinner options each day to keep things interesting. Overall, we had a great experience, and the staff member Kuwarpal was very helpful! We look forward to returning.

The property is visually stunning and well-designed, but the breakfast experience was utterly disappointing. We paid ₹500 each for the buffet, yet the service, food quality, and management were very poor. Many dishes were not replenished, no fruits were offered, and we had to scrape the trays just to get small amounts. A buffet should provide variety and plenty, not empty trays. If the management can't handle the guest volume, they should limit bookings or ensure enough food is available throughout breakfast. We visited on 26 July 2026 with about 30 friends, and everyone was equally let down. We won't return; there are much better breakfast choices around Murthal.

The breakfast did not meet expectations.

Lovely setting. Helpful staff. The food was tasty 👍 Thanks to Pooja and Kawar Pal. I asked the staff for rooms on the front side, and they provided me with the best front-facing rooms. The team is great, and the rooms are spotless, well-kept, and excellent. The housekeeping team is very supportive. The hotel's location, cuisine, and rooms are all top-notch.

This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've ever encountered. Starting with the salesman, I rarely meet someone so arrogant, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He acted as if serving customers was beneath him, showing no courtesy, hospitality, or basic manners. Rather than making guests feel welcome, his attitude and ego made the experience unpleasant. If this is the impression your restaurant wants to give, it reflects poorly on your management. The food was just as disappointing—completely not worth the price. It was bland, tasteless, and lacked quality in every way. The prices suggest a premium experience, but what we received was far from that. It felt like paying for expectations that were never met. The service was notably bad as well—painfully slow, poorly managed, and very unprofessional. The waitstaff seemed untrained, inattentive, and uninterested in serving. We had to ask repeatedly for basic things, and even then the response was delayed. Sometimes good food can make up for poor service, but here both failed badly. To the owner: please see this review as a chance to improve rather than ignore it. Train your staff to respect customers, enhance your food quality, and bring professionalism to your service. A restaurant thrives because customers choose to return—not because of its name or décor. If these problems continue, you may find people visit once, regret it, and never come back.
