Awful stay. The battery car was being repaired, so no one was available to help us get in or out of the hotel. The receptionist had to double as the bell boy—don't they have enough staff? Even after settling the hotel bill, we were asked to return to reception for a supposed pending payment (which was not true and they later apologized for). Are the staff even trained? There was no in-room dining menu, no towels in the bathroom, no bath mat (which made it slippery), and the showers were malfunctioning. The toilet drainage was problematic, and the shower drain also didn't work well. There were frequent power outages, and the food was mediocre. This hotel definitely doesn't deserve a 4-star rating. Staff need proper training, and management should ensure all amenities are functioning properly. The only highlight was the swimming pool, which is baby-friendly with two kids' pools available.

Terrible service. I would not suggest this place to anyone for staying.

My stay at Ramada Hotel Soni Par was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had, and I strongly suggest others avoid it. At check-in, there was no greeting or proper help; we had to fill out guest details ourselves, which is unusual in professional hospitality. When I asked the lady to complete them so we could just sign, I was surprised to find out she was the Front Office Manager. The General Manager had already left for the day. I managed to contact the GM by phone, but no direct number was provided. Despite raising concerns, the service did not improve. For room service, we had two rooms with family, but they refused to charge the rooms and insisted on upfront payment. Milk ordered for the baby arrived after two hours. The next morning, there was no hot water, so everyone, including children, had to bathe in cold water with no alternative offered. I requested a bath towel, but it never arrived. At check-out, my mother, who has knee pain and difficulty walking, needed cart assistance. We were told the cart was charging. When I followed up, a staff member responded rudely, "Bataya to tha?" (I already told you). Later, they said no valet was available. We had to walk down ourselves with my mother and a 4-year-old child because no one helped us. At breakfast, the restaurant had no tables set up, and guests had to get everything themselves. Overall, the staff seemed untrained and unprofessional, and basic hospitality standards were completely lacking from check-in to check-out. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've had, and I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
