Water supply issues, check-in deposit refund problems, and staff-related concerns made this experience disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to professionals.
Worst stay ever in BENGALURU! Guests were scared by a violent fight among housekeeping staff late at night. On top of that, there was no water supply due to a sump motor problem. Despite having over 12 rooms booked, all guests, including children and elderly, faced major inconvenience. I had to move them to another hotel at 2AM. This is not made up or AI-generated; I have video proof with timestamps and the hotel manager describing the situation. Avoid this place at all costs!

Family • Aug 2026This is the worst hotel in the area. We had 35 guests stay here for a family event. After 9pm, every room we checked into started having issues, especially with the water supply. When we complained, they never gave a proper explanation. Around 12:30 am, they finally said the motor was being repaired. We had to move all our guests to another hotel around 2am. This place feels more like a scam than a hotel. The manager, Jagadish, was very irresponsible and couldn't fix even a minor electrical problem.

Room just looks clean but I found cockroaches moving freely. Eventhough I have asked for nonsmoking room it seems they just applied roomfreshner in a smoking room and gave it. Bathroom I found cigarette butts. Only 1ltr water they give and one towel even though you stay for more than one night. Location wise it's good.
