Underground Hostel By Bilwa Estate

The owner is very welcoming and helpful, the prices are affordable, the food tastes excellent, and the rooms are luxurious, tidy, and clean. The homestay offers a stunning view, making it definitely worth visiting.

When you enter the property, it feels like stepping into a different world. At night, the property is hard to spot from above, but the journey to get there is thrilling. Once you arrive, you breathe in completely fresh, pollution-free air. The rain adds a soothing touch, making you feel disconnected from the outside world. The host is very kind and engaging, sharing unique stories and experiences from around the globe. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and stepping outside offers breathtaking views and stunning landscapes. If you love picking fruits or discovering new fruits, flowers, and vegetables like I do, this place is ideal. I found avocados, jackfruit, papaya, ground cherries, mangoes, oranges, bananas, coffee beans, lemons, sapotes, and many homegrown plants. The cook prepares delicious meals and makes a wonderful mango milkshake using mangoes freshly picked from the property.

We truly had a wonderful experience; the place offers a cozy and aesthetic atmosphere, beautiful views, affordable food choices, and is an ideal spot for a staycation. It's perfect for anyone who appreciates nature and tranquility. Additionally, the staff and host are very helpful and cooperative.

Had a fantastic time here with my friends! ❤️ The location is stunning. Honestly, even if you choose to stay on the property the whole time, you’ll still enjoy yourself. Everything nearby was easy to reach, the atmosphere was very calm, and the views matched exactly what we wanted in Coorg. Huge thanks to Sadiq for being such a great host. He was very polite, helpful, and always ready to help with anything we needed. His hospitality really made our stay more comfortable and memorable. And the food? Absolutely delicious! We had trouble finding good, homely food in Coorg, but every meal here was tasty and comforting. Definitely a highlight of our trip. Plus, the two dogs and two cats were the perfect addition! 🐶🐶🐱🐱 They brought a lot of warmth and character to the place. Whether you’re traveling with friends, family, or alone, this place immediately feels welcoming. Great vibes, great food, great people, and a beautiful setting. Would love to come back!

Great location and friendly hospitality.
