Excellent vegetarian food and ambiance, location is near to wholesale market and just sharing wall to well-known cinema Hall

Old hotel. Rooms are maintained well except for the bathroom fittings. Shower mixer unit not working properly. In room # 403 broken bathtub kept for name sake. Cracked cup provided for coffee ordered from room.

Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Utsav’s. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff was polite, helpful, and quick with service. The food was tasty and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Good location and value for money. A comfortable stay overall.

#Just for InformationIts NOT a complete "pure vegetarian" restaurant unless you consider omelette as veg food. We have asked on reception desk with Mr Deepak Surve around 3pm on 22/03/2026 about pure veg food and he stated 80% Jain Community is our customer.We trusted and checked in with breakfast option. And the lady next to us in restaurants was eating omelette.Atleast real Information must be passed to customer asking upfront.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This place is quite bad overall ’?. The rooms were not good at all, and the service was just as terrible ’?. However, the location is pretty good, which is the only decent thing about it. I wouldn't recommend staying here ’?. The doors carry all the noises inside the room and the house keeping talks in the corridors till 2am. Reception has too much attitude. Room and bathroom extremely small and dirty. Sheets and walls dirty as well. Only veg food is available. You can visit the restaurant for some decent veg food. Hotel is a total waste.
