VN GRAND RESIDENCY

The room at VN Grand Residency was tidy, roomy, and quite comfortable. The bed was clean and snug, the air conditioning functioned properly, and the general vibe was nice and calming. We truly valued the well-kept interiors, clean bathroom, and quiet environment, which contributed to a very pleasant stay. An ideal spot for a comfortable and stress-free visit in Pondicherry.

I recently stayed at VN Group of Hotels in Pondicherry and had a generally positive experience. The hotel is well-kept, with clean, roomy, and comfortable rooms. Housekeeping maintained tidiness throughout my visit. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help, making my stay smooth and pleasant. The hotel's location is handy, offering easy access to popular spots, eateries, and the beach, which made exploring Pondicherry simple. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and the hotel's ambiance was peaceful and inviting. One area for improvement would be to offer complimentary drinking water in the rooms, as this is a basic expectation for many guests and would improve the overall experience. Aside from that, I was happy with the cleanliness, comfort, and service. Overall, my stay at VN Group of Hotels was comfortable and enjoyable. I value the staff's hospitality and would suggest this hotel to visitors of Pondicherry. Including free drinking water would make the stay even better.

Cleanliness: The room was an acceptable size, but it was dirty. The bed, blanket, and pillows were stained, unwashed, and smelled bad. Amenities: The air conditioner functioned properly, but the tap water was cloudy. Location & Parking: Situated in a residential neighborhood, parking is challenging if you have a car, and there are no nearby restaurants—you need to travel at least 2 kilometers to find one. Service: The property owner was very kind and easy to talk with. Overall Impression: I don't understand why the property isn't kept clean. It is definitely not appropriate for a family stay.
