The room given to us vs the room shown in pictures vary a lot.The view out of the window was a wall when we prebooked a week earlier and asked for a balcony room. Apparently saying (balcony/terrace) in their description means if no balcony then we can have access to the terrace, stupidity at its peak. The room costs 3.8K and its worthless. Water bottles are charged after the first 2 500ml bottles. The sheets have stains in them. They give you an iron box and ask back after 5 mins (lol?). There is no wardrobe to keep your clothes. The internet is super slow. No plates etc in the room if you order food and eat. The room is tiny and feels claustrophobic. Just dont book here and save your money. They are good at photography and faking it. I trusted all the good reviews here only to be super disappointed.
