My stay at Hotel Wandr was defined by the exceptional professionalism of the reception team. Swathi, Meghadeep, and Afeed are absolute assets to this establishment; they were welcoming, efficient, and demonstrated a remarkable 'can-do' attitude. Their involvement in every aspect of the guest experience—even beyond the desk—was impressive and truly set a positive tone for the visit.However, there is a stark contrast between the front office and the rest of the operations. The security and housekeeping personnel appeared to lack basic situational awareness and professional training. While the front desk staff makes this hotel worth returning to, the management needs to address the gaps in security and housekeeping to ensure guest safety and comfort are consistent. I would return for the service provided by the reception team, hoping to see an upgrade in general staff training next time

Location is great.. rooms are nice and clean toilets.. hot water showers..kettle for coffee fire stick for some sleep time tv.. only thing rooms r not very soundproof. So traffic noise and from the adjacent rooms is the only draw back. All in all 8 on 10.

The rooms were small but kind of clean. The toilet was not clean and had a funky smell no matter how much cleaned. From when we first arrived to when we checked out, the service was really bad. We informed beforehand hand and requested parking when we got there, there was a car parked diagonally taking up all the space and we requested that it be moved a bit but even when we were checking out it was not sorted out. Our kettle was not working in the room and when we requested a new one they said they’d bring it in 10 minutes, but nobody came. We went to check the reception but nobody was there. And right as we were checking out they brought a kettle (it was after we put a review mind you). Overall not so great experience for the big numbers we paid. Nearby places are great though.! Tons of shops and cafes and restaurants.

The staff are super friendly and nice and go all the way to help me despite theres some small issue with the aircon and check in late at night. If you are arriving late at night, make sure you contact the hotel either through phone or this platform so that they know you arrive late. I booked through this platform and the staff said that the message from this platform will not reach them. So hopefully this helps. My driver to the hotel was very nice to help me make the call, and thank you staff here for waking up midnight to help me with the check in process.
