Plus point: Nearest to Safari starting point and good view of river from property, can also go to riverside through property. Food was good overall. Negative points : Swimming pool escpecially the kids one was dirty, with insects, dried leaves/ flowers etc.. though they cleaned it on the day of our check out......Parking space is muddy.. would suggest to put interlocks there, would not cost much to the owner honestly, but will add much value to the property. The area near river adjacent to property has lots of cowdung since cows graze that area.

With only 15 rooms, the property never feels overcrowded, allowing you to truly soak in the stunning, therapeutic views of the Kabini River backwaters.What truly sets this place apart is the incredible hospitality. The staff is exceptionally courteous, warm, and attentive to every detail without ever being intrusive.
