Location,service and food all are amazing

We reserved two Classic Rooms. The hotel is spacious and has a vintage charm, but it clearly shows signs of aging. The rooms were tidy, which we valued, but don't expect modern decor or a well-kept facility—the entire place appears somewhat dilapidated. The bathroom layout could be better; the toilet seat in our room was noticeably smaller than the bowl, making it uncomfortable. The food was acceptable and edible, but nothing stood out. Breakfast was somewhat lacking, with plates, bowls, spoons, and other utensils often running out, even on a weekday visit, so it might be tougher on busy weekends. Additionally, the resort does not seem to control noise levels. During our stay, a group played loud music for extended periods, and we had to complain multiple times before action was taken. If you want a quiet retreat, this could be frustrating. On the plus side, the location is convenient, near Arthur Lake, with most other popular sights about a 40-minute drive away.

Rooms were clean and roomy. The food tasted great and the service was excellent as well.

The room atmosphere and location are excellent. Dinner was delicious but extremely expensive. Breakfast service was quite poor. There are limited choices regarding the tariff. The staff are good.

The food is excellent. There are no game activities available for children. Not worth it.
