Yes Hotel By The Ganges

I was traveling with my family and booked 3 rooms, but from the moment I checked in, there were continuous problems. Two of the bathrooms had broken fittings and couldn't be used for bathing. The bathrooms were dirty and uncleaned. When I asked for towels, they gave me wet ones with stains. One room had no hot water and dirty bed linen; this room was given after I complained early on. At night, two rooms had no electricity except for the AC, leaving them in complete darkness, and the staff couldn't be contacted. When I raised these issues, they were not resolved and I was met with unhelpful responses. The person in charge was sitting at reception in shorts that looked like underwear, with legs up, and spoke to me as if it was my problem. Since the rooms had issues, they gave me two different rooms which felt like downgrades, and no refund was offered. I traveled with my family and out of the four hotels we stayed at during the trip, this was the worst. Overall, I advise choosing other options and never staying here. From check-in onwards, it was a disaster.

The hotel room was wonderful, and what I liked best is that instead of usual room numbers, the rooms are named after Indian rivers. I stayed in Saraswati. The view from the top is lovely, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Also, don't miss the chance to enjoy the view of Janki Ghat, which is very close to the hotel.

The rooms are nice, the staff is very polite, and the food is excellent. I recommend trying this hotel.

I had a wonderful time at YES Hotel by the Gangas in Rishikesh. The rooms were tidy, cozy, and well-kept. The staff were courteous, warm, and supportive, enhancing our visit. The hotel's location was handy, and the atmosphere was calm and enjoyable. All in all, we had a fantastic experience and truly appreciated our stay. I would certainly suggest this hotel to anyone traveling to Rishikesh. ❤️

Excellent hotel with a great price and a decent location. The staff are wonderful.
