The room they gave was very small and had gutka stains. The tub and mug in the bathroom were unclean. The AC was deliberately turned off with weak excuses like electricity problems. There was no soap in the bathroom and no towel for bathing. The staff didn't know how to communicate with guests. It's hard to sleep because the reception area is noisy like a fish market. I give one star only because the price was much lower than other hotels, otherwise they were not cooperative at all. I would totally avoid this place.

अच्छे परिवारिक कमरे उपलब्ध हैं। स्टाफ का व्यवहार बहुत ही अच्छा है। मंदिर से केवल 200 मीटर की पैदल दूरी है, 3 से 4 मिनट में बाबा श्याम जी के दर्शन आराम से कर सकते हैं। सफाई पूरी तरह से ठीक है। होटल मंदिर के बिलकुल पास, vip रोड पर स्थित है। खाटूश्यामजी आएं तो एक बार जरूर यहाँ विजिट करें। धन्यवाद।🙏

I recently went to Khatushyam and stayed at Aasha Palace. The staff were very polite, and the rooms were clean and hygienic. The rates were fair, and it is located close to Shyam Mandir.
