The quality of the food was quite unsatisfactory. We received rice that was not fully cooked and chapatis that were burnt, and even after several requests for properly prepared food, the problem remained. The restaurant's air conditioning was also out of order, which made dining uncomfortable. Furthermore, the hotel charged room rates about 1.5 to 2 times more than those shown on well-known booking sites. Overall, the experience did not justify the cost.
