The hotel's location is incorrectly marked on the map, and the staff are very rude. Guests are not heard at all. It's better to choose another place.

Problems faced: - lift not working with an extremely elderly person having to climb up and down the stairs- washrooms are not properly cleaned. Staff just comes with a cloth and spray and cleans the pot which is shocking. - had to leave the hotel as it was becoming difficult for the elderly family member to climb up the stairs as the lift was kot working.
