I was not provided the proper room as shown on Agoda. The owner of the property demanded an additional 700 for a room with an attached toilet, which was not mentioned at the time of booking.Furthermore, the property did not provide a complimentary drinking water bottle. The owner demanded an additional 20 for a bottle of drinking water, which I had to pay. I find this extremely disappointing and unacceptable.Due to these issues and the difference between the room advertised and the room actually provided, I request a partial refund of the amount I paid. I hope Agoda will look into this matter and provide a fair and appropriate resolution.
It was 10am and My checkout was 11am, due to some emergency I had to wait another 1-1.5hr so I asked that I will checkout at 12:30, they made me pay ***extra for less the 2hr, and I paid, 10mins later I decided to cancel and they said ab kuch nai ho sakta, and refused to refund, but the worst part is their rooms were dirty and lizards and cockroaches everywhere, no towel , no soap, AC turned off middle of night, my worst Hotel experience ever
