हमारा अनुभव बहुत अच्छा रहा, स्टाफ बहुत मददगार है, कमरे साफ-सुथरे हैं। मैं परिवार के साथ टूरिस्ट के रूप में आया हूं। ई-रिक्शा की सुविधा भी उपलब्ध है, मंदिर तक जाने के लिए स्टाफ रिक्शा मंगवा देता है। तोरण गेट से 500 मीटर की दूरी है। मुझे यह जगह बहुत पसंद आई, आप भी अपनी फैमिली के साथ एक बार जरूर ठहरें।

Disappointing Stay

I recently stayed at this hotel after coming from another state, and I am very unhappy with the experience. If you expect even basic hospitality, you should look elsewhere. Here are the main problems we encountered: 1) Misleading Location: The hotel is not near Toran Gate as claimed; it is actually 1.1 km away, which was very inconvenient. 2) Lack of Basic Amenities & Furniture: The room had no TV or dressing table. My wife had to get ready in the bathroom, which was very inconvenient. Also, the geyser was only on in the morning, so no hot water was available the rest of the day. 3) No Dustbin in the Room: There was no dustbin inside the room. When we asked, staff said the bin is outside and we must go out every time to throw trash. 4) Unprofessional Front Desk: Even though we had prepaid online, staff questioned us about the exact amount paid, saying they needed it for their records. This should be handled with the booking platform, not the guests. 5) Poor Service & No Drinking Water: During breakfast, we asked for water but the jar was empty. We waited nearly an hour and were told there was no water until the delivery person arrived. When guests travel from far away, a hotel should at least provide basic needs like drinking water, hot water, essential furniture, and a dustbin. I am very disappointed with the management and their careless attitude and strongly advise avoiding this hotel.

Highly Disappointing Stay – Terrible Service and Lacks Basic Amenities

I recently stayed at this hotel after traveling from another state, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. If you are expecting even basic hospitality, please look elsewhere.Here are the major issues we faced during our stay:1) Misleading Location: The property is not located near Toran Gate as advertised. It is exactly 1.1 km away, which was very inconvenient for us.2) Missing Basic Amenities & Furniture: There was no TV in the room, nor was there any dressing table. Every time my wife needed to get ready, she was forced to go into the bathroom, which was extremely inconvenient. Furthermore, the geyser is only turned on during the morning, meaning there is no access to hot water for the rest of the day.3) No Dustbin in the Room: Surprisingly, there was no dustbin provided inside the room. When we asked the staff, they casually told us that a bin is kept outside of the room and we have to step out every time to throw our trash ("ghar ke bahar rakha hai aapko bahar aake kachra fekna hoga").4) Unprofessional Front Desk: Even though we had already paid and booked online, the staff interrogated us about the exact amount we paid through the app, claiming they needed it for "their books." This is an internal matter they should resolve with the booking platform, not bother the guests with.5) Appalling Service & No Drinking Water: The most frustrating part was during breakfast. We requested water, but the water jar was empty. We waited for almost an hour, only to be carelessly told that there is no water available and we have to wait for the water delivery guy to arrive ("paani vaala aayega toh bharega, abhi nahi hai").When guests travel to your state from far away, the absolute minimum a hotel should do is provide basic necessities like drinking water, hot water, essential room furniture, and a simple dustbin. I am very disappointed by the management and their careless attitude. I highly recommend avoiding this place.Thank you
