ACK Palacce Inn - Yercaud

We've stayed here several times we would like the Deluxe Balcony Rooms which has an Balcony view with sitting space with view too and the Maharaja Cottage which is like seperate single cottages type in the Top floor of the hotel in the open terace full of 360 degree view of the surroundings.We had all three times meals with an good experience while dining in this restaurant with Mouth watering, Authentic & Delicious Food were served by the Chef and the service team. Especially the South Indian, Chinese & North Indian cuisine dishes food were served.we diffenately suggest to our Family, Friends & Colleagues to Stay with dine here and to have an wondefrul experience.

We stayed in the Maharaja Cottage.Pros:------1. The room cost ’3K per night on a weekend, which felt reasonable.2. An in-house restaurant is available; the food was good and fairly priced.3. Ample parking space was available.4. The bed was very wide and comfortable.5. Two bottles of water were provided daily.Cons:-------1. There is no lift, which may be inconvenient for some guests.2. Dental kits are not provided for this room, and had to request.3. The towels did not appear to be clean.4. The ceiling in the Maharaja Cottage rooms is not properly insulated or sealed with the walls. Light was visible through some joints, and cold air seemed to enter, making the room quite cold.5. The wash basin in the bathroom is very small and placed behind the door in a narrow space.6. An electric kettle is not provided in the room; however, boiled water was supplied in a steel jug upon request.

Beautiful location, calm and pleasant surroundings. Very prompt service. All amenities as mentioned on property. Night campfire at 8pm everyday is a lovely thing - usually people charge for it. These guys keep it there for all.Food (can tell for Veg) was decent. Idly Chutneys, sambar were very delicious. Other north indian dishes also fine. Thing is you have to preorder an hour before. The restaurant not open to outsiders. Means food prepared on order.Mr Sayed Jalal at front office was so warm. He ensured that everything was alright and perfect.Coming to location - it's awesome.. added two photos from two mornings from just in front of property. One with refreshing sun rays and another with lovely fog. Such is the beauty..It's outside the Yercaud town, no need to deal with traffic in town. Other food options available in walking distance.Unless you want to stay within town, this place is a very good option to stay!!Thank you guys for making our stay comfortable, enjoyable and pleasant.Only downside - WiFi is not fully reliable. Works only in lobby area, from room it's weak.

We had a great feeling of staying away from home with comfort, cleanliness and a calm environment at ACK Palace Inn.The location of this property is the highlight in a busy place like Yercaud. The rooms and the place is clean, you have ample space for parking and walking around the place with no interference of traffic. The property is located very closer to popular places to visit and 5-7 mins drive away from the lake.The staff at the place are very kind and helpful.

Spent 2N/3D at ACK Palace and really loved the stay.The property is peaceful, away from town, and perfect if you want privacy and quiet time.Rooms are very spacious with lovely views ’ highly recommend booking balcony rooms.Staff is extremely helpful and warm; service was genuinely good.Food taste could have been better, but overall experience was positive.Small things like chess and carrom added a nice touch and we enjoyed that.If you’re planning a stay in Yercaud, this place is definitely worth considering. You’ll enjoy your time here.
