Albergo Boutique Hotel

This is among the top hotels in Varanasi, had a wonderful stay!

The hotel is located in a great spot and the rooms look nice and stylish, but the front desk staff are very unfriendly and rude, which makes the experience unpleasant. At check-in, a rude man was at reception, and at check-out, another unfriendly man was extremely rude. Their behavior is unprofessional and lacks hospitality. The prices are like a five-star hotel, but the atmosphere feels like staying with relatives who don't want you there. The rooms were not cleaned well, with dirt on the bed and a lot of dirt in the bathroom. The hotel was empty during our stay, so there was no breakfast buffet, though the food was good and the mudhouse design in the dining area on the third floor is very attractive. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and stylish, but the management is poor. This place has potential. I run a hotel in Mussoorie, so I know what I'm talking about. Please consider this as feedback.

The rooms are fantastic, exactly like the pictures, and quite spacious. The location is excellent, right on the main road. The staff and service at this hotel are excellent as well. We stayed in the penthouse, and it was one of the best experiences we've had.
