Alexander Luxury Hotel

We come to this hotel every year and swear by it! Their rooms are clean, their house keeping staff are wonderful and their North Indian spread is delicious! Special mention to Uma, Bindu and Saradha for making our experience lovely and being extremely kind to us. The Manager Jagadish was kind enough to introduce himself to us personally and enquire on our experience. We’d also like to thank the bell-boy Kismesh (apologies if we’ve spelt any names wrong) for being attentive and friendly.Our only feedback is that we’d love if the extra beds came with elevated frames with wheels, making it easier to use and move. We’d also love if at night, for dinner, there was a South Indian spread to choose from. Their South Indian vegetarian thali in the afternoon does have a way to go before it’s perfected. It was recently introduced so we can understand it wasn’t its best self.You can expect us to return here next year as well!

Looks great overall. For this price it's really a great deal. Clean, neat and with great welcoming front desk. Breakfast was good , u have some good spread with good taste. Dosa and omlette is available on request. It's in the heart of the city and can auto evrything is available very easily. You have plenty of medical shop, hospital nearby too. Autos don't cost much if you want to go somewhere from the hotel. Overall a great stay

The check-in experience was horrible. I had given prior confirmation to the hotel a day in advance that it would be a single-room check-in and that I would be arriving in the early morning hours of the next day. However, the staff member, Rajesh Reddy, was extremely rude in his behavior.He allotted me a twin-sharing room, and when I questioned how this could happen despite prior intimation, he responded, ’Don’t create a ruckus here’either take it or leave it.’ Is this the way corporate customers are treated, even after prior information was given regarding a late check-in?At the very least, hotel staff should have the common sense to treat customers with dignity and respect. I come from a highly reputed corporate firm, and I was forced to make the payment before check-in. Which luxury hotel asks corporate customers to pay during the check-in itself when my company has a past history of frequent check-ins?Overall, it was a pathetic experience and completely unfriendly toward corporate customers. Beware, especially during late check-ins. This does not feel safe at all. The staff seem to take advantage of the fact that customers are helpless during late hours and behave however they want.

Very nice behaviour of House keeping incharge Ms. Sharda! Ms. Alivelamma is also very prompt and wonderful behaviour. I would love to visit again at Alexander.
