After I posted my review, the hotel contacted me. They apologized and said it was an honest mistake, not an intentional effort to deceive guests. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and updating my rating. At least they are paying attention to customer feedback. Previously, I had a poor experience with this hotel. I booked and paid for a premium room with breakfast through MakeMyTrip. When I arrived, I was given a standard room on the terrace. They tried to convince me it was a premium room, but the photos on their website showed it was clearly a standard, even substandard, room. Eventually, they admitted all premium rooms were booked and this was the only one left. Then they took me to a nearby property across from a hospital and gave me a room there. The room was okay, but the area was quite noisy and I could hardly sleep. Although they charged for breakfast, there is no restaurant at the hotel and they never mentioned this.
