I found room is good.However to know about location and food details around the property, i tried reaching them through this platform portal multiple times, but I could never connect to them. The customer care process is lengthy and call dropped in middle multiple times
We have checked in by 11PM and requested for late check out but they are strictly saying no and charing extra and not even allowing customers to stay even for 2minutes after check out time. Very bad staf and manager is very rude
