GREEN WOODS RESORT

I had to reserve this hotel during my trip from Bangalore to Hyderabad because of rain, which forced me to stop unexpectedly. The room requires better maintenance. The bathroom toilet was leaking after flushing, causing the whole bathroom floor to get wet.

The place was okay. Service was nonexistent; they didn't even bother to carry the luggage from the vehicle to the room. There is no kitchen or cook on site, so no food is prepared there. Although breakfast was said to be complimentary, they said they have to get it from the city and it would be ready by 9am. They didn't inform us about this at check-in. The management is very poor and not worth the price.

My recent experience at Green Wood Resorts, Anantapur, was terrible. The property suffers from poor upkeep and unprofessional management. From check-in onwards, there were constant problems. The AC didn't work, and frequent power outages made the stay uncomfortable. The bathroom had ongoing tap leaks, and the Wi-Fi was down with the excuse that no technician was available. The swimming pool was in terrible shape, and the staff claimed the pool motor was stuck in a DTDC courier. Additionally, the staff were very rude and dismissive. Despite booking through MakeMyTrip and raising these issues, I received no response or accountability. I hope the owner sees this: the resort is deteriorating due to bad maintenance and unfriendly service. It's unfortunate, but please ensure things function properly for guests who come here to enjoy a peaceful day. I will never return and strongly recommend others avoid this place. It was a completely negative experience for us.

Lovedaaaaa lakka undi e Resort... No facilities available. A/C is not working. Continuous power cuts. No Wifi. Staff are not cooperative. The swimming pool water is very green, probably due to urine, worst condition ever. Better to check out other resorts..
