They confirm your booking on Agoda, but when you arrive they suddenly say only non-AC rooms are available. Later, they claim the hotel is undergoing renovation. I don’t understand how renovation only affects AC rooms — if you pay extra, all rooms magically become available. This feels like a scam. Please avoid the agony. @Agoda, please delist such shady hotels.
