Athiva Resort & Spa, Khandala

We had an amazing stay at Athiva Resort! The resort is beautifully maintained and offers a perfect blend of comfort, relaxation and fun.The staff was extremely courteous, cooperative and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable.The facilities are excellent, especially the swimming pool and the restaurant.The resort also offers wonderful activities for guests of all ages, including pottery making, a live caricature artist, a game zone and a dedicated toddler play area, which kept everyone entertained.We stayed in the Cliff View Room and it was absolutely worth it. The room was very spacious, had a large private balcony and the panoramic cliff view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. Waking up to that view was the highlight of our stay.Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we highly recommend Athiva Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Khandala.

We came here for a meal and had an excellent meal at the A room, they accommodated us with everything we wanted, including serving us the menu from the other restaurant. Chef Jadhav personally came to ask us about the food, which was excellent! We had a pizza, some pasta, fish and chips and soups, everything was good. The desert was really good too and they sent us a complimentary baked gulab jamun which was the best thing we ate. The service from Vicky and Pankaj was very attentive and both were very knowledgeable too. Would definitely recommend eating here.

We stayed here to celebrate our 9th anniversary, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience.The property is beautiful, peaceful, well-maintained, and surrounded by lush greenery. The staff were warm, courteous, and always ready to help. The food was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall hospitality made our stay truly memorable.The only disappointment was the Valley View sitout Room. We specifically paid extra for a valley-view sitout category, but the view was partially blocked by trees, so it didn’t quite match our expectations. I feel the hotel could trim or better maintain the vegetation in front of these rooms so guests can enjoy the valley view they are paying for.Apart from that, everything else was outstanding. The ambience, service, location, cleanliness, and overall experience were excellent. I would definitely recommend Athiva Resort & Spa to families and couples looking for a relaxing getaway in Khandala.Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary special. Looking forward to visiting again!

Believe me when I tell you that the heartwarming smiles of the staff are what stayed with me after my visit here.All of them, so keen on making our stay as comfortable and memorable as possible! On the last day, we got a little pastry that said 'We will miss you!' And that gesture with them smiling stayed with me. The resort has an amazing view with the cherry on top being the sky deck. 100 percent recommended to anyone visting and its gonna be tranquil experience for sure.

This newly renovated hotel is a very fine choice for family stays. Rooms are very spacious, well facilitated, elegant and the estate is a quite large resort and the staff is made of very good people. The views of Khandala valleys from rooms and also several points on the premise are simply unmatched and breathtaking throughout the day. And it is also just a minute drive to Lonavla market centre. Thanks to Pooja, Sanket and Gochen for keeping our stay worry free. PS: They have ample parking for private cars.
