We had a wonderful experience at Taj Bangaram from the moment we booked our stay until the day we departed from the resort.We sincerely appreciate Mr. Vijin, Ms. Shalini, and Ms. Rahanakrishna for assisting us with the booking process and ensuring that all permit formalities were handled smoothly and efficiently.A special thanks to Mr. Iqbal for arranging seamless pickup and drop facilities from our arrival to departure. The boat transfers to and from the resort were smooth, safe, and very well coordinated.We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to every member of the staff at Taj Bangaram. Everyone was consistently polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful. We would also like to acknowledge the unseen team members working behind the scenes whose efforts support the front-end staff in delivering such a seamless experience.Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with traditional music, cool napkins, and a refreshingwelcome drink. Ms. Chandrima, Mr. Sushant, and the help desk team (apologies for not remembering all the names) greeted us warmly and explained the property and its facilities very clearly.Ms. Chandrima was always present to help us throughout our stay.Our room was neat, clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. We were delighted to find a lovely welcome plate with pastries, sweets, and banana chips ’ a perfect example of the signature Taj hospitality. We have always experienced such warm welcomes at Taj properties. Housekeeping services were excellent, with the rooms cleaned twice a day.The dining experience at SMOK Restaurant was exceptional. We were completely spoilt for choice with a lavish spread for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a thoughtfully varied menu for each meal.The restaurant staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and caring. We would especially like to thank Attabi, Amjadhuneesa, Migmar, Rashmi, Sweta (who always greeted us with a beautiful smile), Nikhil Pradhan, Nikhil, Akshay, Mr. Ghanshyam, and the rest of the team (apologies if we missed any names).Special appreciation goes to Chef Upaching and the entire culinary team for the delicious meals throughout our stay. Fresh hot rotis, naans, and chapatis were always served promptly whenever requested. The wide variety of desserts offered each day was truly delightful.We also thank the Calypso team for preparing amazing drinks and making our evenings special.The yoga instructor (whose name we unfortunately do not recall) conducted a very relaxing meditation session by the beach, which was a wonderful experience.The buggy service around the property was excellent.Many thanks to Mr. Sourav and the security team (sadly do not recall their names) for being attentive and prompt at all times.The Diving Centre deserves special mention. As a non-swimmer, I tried Scuba Diving for the first time, and the experience was incredible thanks to the highly professional and supportive team. Aisha and Vishnu explained everything clearly and helped build our confidence.Our diving instructors Sreehari, Darshan, Asin, and Shalith were extremely patient and made us feel safe and comfortable underwater. Every step of the preparation process was handled carefully and professionally. They also captured beautiful photos and videos of our dive using their GoPro, which we will cherish.The check-out process was smooth and well organized. Since we had an early departure at 6:00 AM, the managers were present to see us off and ensure that our return boat transfer was arranged properly.
