resort team told me booking is not confirmed after reaching destination. Resort team said that, AGODA gave discount of 35% and resort team didn't agree and denied. later i had to take bigger room and paid 5500/-. Offered room was damn bad and corner room 505 not at all good and whole night lot of noise couln't sleep at all. Breakfast is not the wort of amout Paid to resort. I will not recommended this resort.

Disappointing Stay Experience

Right when we entered our room, the housekeeping staff immediately started asking for bakshish (extra cash). It's a 3-star hotel, so the staff should at least know to request tips only after providing service, not before or right after entering the room. How can someone ask for extra money so soon? The water bottle was priced at 20 rs, but the staff insisted it was 30. Even when I pointed out the MRP said 20, he still claimed it was 30. The bed was very hard, and I developed back pain after just one night. Please improve your services and address these issues.
