There is no one to respond. Many people pay and cancel even without refund because no one will be there to give you room keys, and no one will respond for calls. There are only 2 floors and the attender is so drunk that he is saying go away as lift is not working you can't climb till 5th floor. Looks like a brothel house as no one is available at the time of check out and asked us to keep keys on the table without anyone's notice.
Worst ever place to book from Agoda, Agoda is another fraud company as it never responds to u they simple take ur money and gone in the air, no cancellation no refund no response, hotel booked no one at hotel to allot a room called 100 times to the number given no one picks the call, never ever take Agoda or this particular hotel in chennai
