The bathroom is the highlight it was terrible i couldn't even use the bathroom , the ac was not working it was leaking water and the room was drenched in water , there is no proper lights it felt so uncomfortable to be in that room I would not recommend such room to anyone the surroundings were terrible the location , the reception , the room , the hospitality , the service nothing was good there. 0 stars over all the surrounding also felt so uncomfortable to reach the hotel itself we felt uneasy. The stares from the neighbourhood. Terrible experience.
There is no one to respond. Many people pay and cancel even without refund because no one will be there to give you room keys, and no one will respond for calls. There are only 2 floors and the attender is so drunk that he is saying go away as lift is not working you can't climb till 5th floor. Looks like a brothel house as no one is available at the time of check out and asked us to keep keys on the table without anyone's notice.
Extremely disappointing stay. The room was in very bad shape and did not match the photos in the listing at all. There was no housekeeping or room service available, the bedroom door lacked a proper lock, and the room was dirty with an unpleasant odor. Bedsheets, curtains, and the entire room were not cleaned. The bathroom was in awful condition with broken taps, and the kitchen was also poorly kept. The property seems to have no proper upkeep, and the photos on the profile are outdated and misleading. I've never experienced such a bad stay before. Please don't waste your money here. I have attached photos showing the true state of the room. I hope management acts quickly to improve the property and deliver the quality they advertise.
