They bring the gaslighters from their kitchen to especially serve you. It takes hours for the bill, the food and drinks are slow, but all the while they'll tell you it's gonna be 2 minutes. You can't leave until the bill comes, nothing is automated so orders get wrong and extra charges get added.If your Puja destination is this, don't. Not worth the headache and extra hours. I like the retro ambience, but like their aesthetic their system is also stuck in the 80s.

Service is super bad!We went there for 2 drinks, they came after around 45 minutes.Asked for some chips l, same again' they came after 45 minutes.Now here is the twist, After bill payment they will ask for "Sir Tip?"After denying again " Sir please sir"Seriously!

The food quality has gone down the drain over the years. Went for a morning brunch and they had scrambled eggs, veg cutlet, sandwiches and beer available at that time (around 12 pm), all of them tasted horrible. It was a nightmare. While paying the bill their UPI/Card everything was down and the waiter behaved very rudely that why aren't we carrying that much amount of cash. Then when we paid for it in cash he very slyly took the change by saying it is his tip. I have been kind of an every weekend visitor at this place now and can surely say that this place is not worth your time any more. The staff is extremely rude and impatient.

I had one of the worst experiences last night at Broadway. We initially ordered one bottled beer, one draught beer (1 litre), masala peanuts, and chicken kebab. Later, we ordered one more bottled beer. However, when the bill arrived, it included an extra bottled beer that we never ordered.I raised a concern with the staff, and a new employee’who was extremely rude and unprofessional’insisted that we had consumed three bottled beers and simply didn’t remember because we were drunk. When I asked to speak with the manager, he claimed that he was the manager. Shockingly, they had even placed an empty beer bottle under our table to support their false claim.I requested to check the CCTV footage, but they conveniently said it wasn’t working. I later spoke to the owner, who apologized for his staff’s behavior but still insisted on charging us for the extra beer.It’s not about the Rs. 500’I wouldn’t mind donating that amount for a good cause’but being wrongly charged and spoken to so rudely was unacceptable. This behavior was not what I expected from Broadway. I won’t be recommending this place’not because of the food, but because of the poor attitude and questionable practices of the new staff.

Good place to hangout on Saturday evenings after a tiring day as a corporate slave. It has that old school vibe. Some may like it and other may not but this place has it's own charm.
