1. The front desk sucks. 2. Very rude hotel staff. 3. Charged a bomb for the suite, paid close to 50k for two nights with over priced and hidden charges. Can you imagine I had to pay 5k extra for my 9 year old daughter irrespective of booking a Family suite which should accommodate two adult and one child. Come on guys this is standard across the hotel industry. It’s a trap, once you book from third party apps there is no looking back.
Everthing was good except the mini refrigerator trap. It has items that were not free. But we came to know about this at check out time. Who go through the terms and policies.You should inform us verbally at the time of Check in.Even I can forget that. But surprised to heard the price of one litre mineral water plus can colddrink 175 rs.That is not acceptable!
We stayed here for 2 days and overall our stay was fabulous....!- First they gave us an upgrade to mini suit room which was lavish.- Food was way too awesome. For any Gujju, it becomes difficult to adapt to other state's taste but Chef at Barsana Boutique Hotel proved us wrong.- Stay was cautious regarding our needs and fulfilled every necessity before we could ask.- Location is perfect and pocket friendly for someone who is here in Kolkta to explore the city and enjoy its vibes.Overall it was 8/10 experience...!#Kudos
