Everthing was good except the mini refrigerator trap. It has items that were not free. But we came to know about this at check out time. Who go through the terms and policies.You should inform us verbally at the time of Check in.Even I can forget that. But surprised to heard the price of one litre mineral water plus can colddrink 175 rs.That is not acceptable!
We stayed here for 2 days and overall our stay was fabulous....!- First they gave us an upgrade to mini suit room which was lavish.- Food was way too awesome. For any Gujju, it becomes difficult to adapt to other state's taste but Chef at Barsana Boutique Hotel proved us wrong.- Stay was cautious regarding our needs and fulfilled every necessity before we could ask.- Location is perfect and pocket friendly for someone who is here in Kolkta to explore the city and enjoy its vibes.Overall it was 8/10 experience...!#Kudos

Group • Feb 2026A great hotel with spacious and well maintained rooms. The restaurant is quite nice with a good buffet breakfast included in the tariff, and the servers are fast and responsive. We stayed for almost a week for a wedding and the staff impressed us with their smiling faces and good service. The rooms especially the suites are very spacious, airy with lots of sunlight and maintained well. We had an issue with the wc late at night in one of the rooms and it was fixed within minutes. Whether it’s the doorman or the receptionist, I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff. I would choose to stay here and would reviled this hotel to all my friends!
