They canceled the booking of my brother without any plausible reason, verbally mentioning some issues with the room. Did not call the manager for discussions, did not show the room even. My brother was traveling with me and had to stay elsewhere.

It started with online review and view and ended up with Morvee and realised a good hotel, very close to command hospital, where my dad worked while serving Army.We planned a vacation and thought this will be good thing to revist memory but certain things are not planned, unfortunately due to medical conditions we had to cancel and requested for cancellation as per the policy of 100% refund and from there the nightmare startedWith 0% clarity and I am still waiting to hear from these guys and I feel in this digital world the only option is to go online to get attention. remarkable right?Its shame and I will still ask someone from the Morvee management to contact me
