Bur'Dera A Boutique Luxury Hotel

We travel to jaipur frequently. This is the first time we stayed at Burdera. It'.Very spacious room.. I have never seen even 5 star hotels so spacious . It's home feel area.House keeping team is good .They clean room every dayWorthy. Within budgetMorning breakfast they should review with management.This has to be improved. Felt like sharing so that it would be useful to all.

Was told laundry was 70 rupees per load and was charged 2830 rupees for two loads of laundry. The rooms are comfortable but definitely not luxury.

This hotel is a tourist trap and it’s hard to believe the glowing reviews are real.One of the rooms had no windows and there was a very strong smell of sewage coming from the bathroom.There is zero noise insulation so it’s very very noisy and we kept being woken up by simple noises of other guests opening and closing their doors or staff chatting. The bar was located on the floor above our room and there were constant dragging noises until after 1amThe air conditioning wasn’t working so we were either suffocating or freezing.The reception staff are quite unwelcoming and unprofessional.The only positive interaction with the staff was the housekeeping manager who was helpful and professional.There is no lobby so if your room is unpleasant there isn’t an alternative place to chill if you’re spending time at the hotel.Generally, quite a disappointing and pricey experience given the hotel standards in Jaipur.It is close to the airport and lots of cafes and restaurants though so location is good.

Rating: 1/5 ’ Absolutely Horrendous, Unsafe, and IncompetentThis was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.The moment we tried to open the room door, the entire lock fell off. The room was completely unsecured. This alone shows the shocking lack of basic maintenance and safety standards at this property.What followed made things even worse. The hotel staff was clueless and inefficient. The bellman kept coming back and forth trying to ’fix’ the lock, but clearly had no idea what he was doing. This circus continued until nearly 1:00 AM, with absolutely no resolution.Because the door could not be locked, we were forced to stay awake the entire night, feeling unsafe and anxious. This was especially unacceptable since we were traveling with a senior citizen and a 10-year-old child. No responsible hotel would ever put guests in such a situation.The staff showed zero urgency, zero accountability, and zero professionalism. There was no alternate room provided, no proper escalation, and no concern for guest safety or comfort.This property fails at the most basic level of hospitality:’Unsafe rooms’Poor maintenance’Incompetent staff’Complete disregard for guest well-beingI would strongly warn all travelers to stay away from this hotel. If you value safety, sleep, or basic human decency, do not book this place.

It’s a clean and charming boutique hotel. The room may be small, but the housekeeping team does an exceptional job. Special shoutout to Mr. Pawan ’ I left a tip on the bed and he didn’t take it, likely because there was no note. The next day, I handed it to the reception for him. Such honesty is truly commendable.There’s also a nice restaurant and a rooftop bar, so your meals and drinks are easily settled under one roof ’ super convenient after a long day out.The breakfast spread is a bit lacklustre, but I’m sure it will improve, especially since the Manager repeatedly asked for feedback on what could be better.Keep it up!
