Hotel Saneer

i had a stay of 2days here , i can say it was worth it. Front desk as well as other staff is very cooperative and friendly in nature . Even the manager of this hotel is very kind and well behaving person, he seems every little query through his own. I will rate is 5/5 because it was my perfect stay here . I had booked standard room and it was upgraded to deluxe complimentary through front desk without even my knowledge , later i came to know . If you are planning to jaipur, must stay here. You will never regret. Outside street of hotel feels like own home neighbourhood, must have a night walk there.

Worst experience ever in any hotel in Jaipur. Some staff misbehave and even though start teaching me how to stay and how to manage yourself in the room that they provide. I don't remember his name but his surname was Sharma and might be he was in managerial position. He doesn't even know how to behave to customer and talks rudely. even though start teaching about behavioural skills. If the saneer hotel have same kind of hotel management staff then please don't waste your time and money and final request to saneer hotel please check the behaviour of your staff and kindly terminate those employees who are degrading your goodwill (that sharma guy).

I recently stayed at Saneer Boutique Hotel and had a mixed experience. The hotel's exterior is stunning, and the interior's plant-centric design is refreshing and visually appealing. The lobby and reception area contribute to a delightful first impression. However, upon entering the room, I was somewhat disappointed. While the hotel's overall aesthetic is fantastic, the room didn't quite live up to expectations. I had booked two rooms, and one on the ground floor lacked a window, causing ventilation issues and an unpleasant odor. Additionally, it's concerning that one of the mineral water bottles I requested arrived open-sealed. Although the hotel's pricing seems reasonable for its appearance, the rooms may not justify the expense. The absence of a kettle in the room for making tea or coffee was also inconvenient. On a positive note, the restaurant's food was enjoyable, adding to the overall experience. In conclusion, while Saneer Boutique Hotel has its strengths, improvements in room quality and attention to details are essential for a more consistent and satisfying stay. ������������������

Rooms are big and clean at this price. Wonderful location if you are looking for a relief from the hustle bustle of the old pink city. Plenty of places around for sightseeing as well (booking of Uber is very convenient and fast). Food prices are cheap and tasty. Staff are very courteous and provide lots of useful info. Only thing we missed is the hot water kettle in the room. However, one can get it very quickly through room service.

Not good if you want to work in hotel. For tourist okay okay. Service is poor. Even if you are 3 guest in a room they will give you only 1 water bottle. Electric sockets are not working in the room. And the reception guy who picks up call during day time seems like stupid guy. He will teach you how to switch on the electricity switches else will tell you that your gudgets have problem. They don't provide extra bed, they will tell you to use sofa for sleeping purpose. And every time they will say this is the hotel policy. Corporate visitors, please don't waste your time here. Rest your call. However hotel construction is good. If Hotel owner is reading my review, please upload your hotel policy here so that either customer will not come to your hotel or your receptionist will read it once before making us fool. I felt cheated. If anyone else, please pist your review or like mine.
