Our experience at Fairfield by Marriott was outstanding, and this was our second visit, which speaks volumes about how much we enjoyed it. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff welcomed us warmly with kindness and genuine care. The food was tasty, and every detail was thoughtfully managed. Traveling with our 18-month-old baby, the hotel made our trip completely hassle-free. Whenever I requested warm milk from the front desk, it was delivered to our room almost immediately. This promptness and attentiveness meant a lot to us as parents. What moved me most was at checkout when I asked if something could be prepared for my baby to eat during our journey. Without hesitation, the chef and staff packed fresh poha, paratha, and boiled vegetables for us. These small gestures of kindness create lasting memories and make a hotel feel like home. Special thanks to Kuldeep, Suvojeet, Purushutam, Sourav, and Vijay, who were always ready to assist us. Their warmth, understanding, and helpfulness made our stay even more special. They truly go the extra mile for their guests. If you're visiting Jaipur, I highly recommend booking Fairfield by Marriott without hesitation. Especially if you're traveling with a baby or young children, I don't think you could find a better place. Thanks to the entire team for making our family feel so well cared for. We look forward to returning!

Frustrating Hotel Experience

A very disappointing stay. Reliability is a big issue. Nearly everything requires prepayment, and even for the smallest purchase, they demand immediate payment, which is quite inconvenient for guests. Basic toiletries were missing from the room despite prior notification before check-in. The quality and hygiene of the toiletries are also questionable. Overall, the experience was well below the standard expected from a Marriott hotel. I would not recommend it.
