Fairfield by Marriott Jaipur Tonk Road

This property is very disappointing; never book your stay here. They offer non-refundable bookings and do not provide refunds even if the guest does not stay.

I don't usually leave feedback and can overlook some issues, but I feel it's important to share this experience for those who want to know what to expect. Maybe it was just bad luck, but here's what happened: 1. The lunch buffet had limited food choices, though the attendant kindly offered to make an omelette for us. 2. The wifi speed was extremely slow, under 2mbps, which might not bother some but is significant for others. 3. The TV had very few channels, mostly poor quality, with only 3 HD channels. Although the TVs were large and smart, there was no YouTube or other apps available, even with personal accounts, and no screen casting or sharing options. 4. Service was very slow and lacked apologies. When I requested water bottles, ice cubes, glasses, and coffee sachets in one call, I had to endure 4 visits in 30 minutes and still didn't receive everything. Follow-up calls were needed with no improvement. 5. The hotel repeatedly asked about adding breakfast, even after I declined 4 times, explaining that Zomato offered a 50% discount on meals at their hotel while the hotel only offered 30%. Despite knowing this, they kept pushing their offer. 6. The worst was finding my pillow dirty with spots on half of it, even after room cleaning. Also, booking with points doesn't include breakfast, so the points earned feel less valuable since they can only be redeemed for rooms, not rooms with breakfast, even if you want to spend extra points. In the end, I chose to cancel my Marriott membership after just one use.

The interior of the property is fantastic, and the service is excellent, but the location and access road are the main issues. It is quite difficult to get into the property.
