I stayed at Celestial Manor, Lucknow for more than 10 days, and overall my experience was truly excellent. The rooms were very comfortable and well maintained, the breakfast spread was amazing with a wide variety of options, and the availability of a gym really helped me stay fit during my stay. Everything was smooth, pleasant, and thoughtfully managed, making the overall experience wonderful.I would like to give a special mention to Mr. Prakash from room service, who made my stay even more memorable. He was extremely kind, caring, and consistently went beyond his duties to help me with whatever I needed. His warm, friendly nature and genuine hospitality truly reflect the high standards of this hotel, and he definitely deserves special recognition.One small area for improvement I would like to mention is that I stayed on the 12th floor, and the 13th floor rooftop activity caused significant noise in the mornings due to workers. While I was mostly out for work, this could be quite disturbing for guests who wish to rest or enjoy a peaceful stay, especially those staying on the 12th floor. Managing or controlling this noise would greatly enhance the guest experience.Overall, I highly recommend Celestial Manor to anyone traveling to Lucknow. It is truly one of the best hotels in the city, offering excellent comfort, facilities, and outstanding service.

Room service was prompt, and the food was delicious with good quality and taste.The location is also very convenient, with easy access to major areas of Lucknow.
