Their attention to guests made the experience even more enjoyable.Overall, a pleasant breakfast experience, and I would recommend Hotel Celestial Manor to anyone looking for a quality buffet breakfast.

Very disappointing experience at Celestial Manor, Lucknow. Definitely did not feel like a family-friendly place. The overall environment and crowd were inappropriate for families, with several suspicious visitors frequently seen around the property, making the atmosphere uncomfortable.The food quality was equally disappointing. The buffet was one of the worst I’ve experienced ’ poor taste, limited variety, and unhygienic presentation. Service from the staff was responsive though.They aggressively sell memberships and vouchers to attract customers, but there seems to be zero focus on actual customer satisfaction or maintaining service quality.Would not recommend this place to families or anyone looking for a decent and peaceful experience.Location is the only standout thing for this hotel.

I recently stayed at this property in Lucknow, and honestly, the experience was quite disappointing compared to what was shown online. From the outside, the hotel looks impressive, and even the photos on the booking app made the rooms appear premium and well-maintained. However, in reality, the rooms were just average and nowhere close to what was advertised.The biggest issue during my stay was the internet connectivity. We complained multiple times over the two days, and every time we were told that the issue was being fixed. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi never worked properly throughout our stay, which was extremely frustrating and affected the overall experience.Another disappointment was the swimming pool. It was prominently featured in the photos while booking, but upon arrival, we were informed that it was under maintenance. Despite this major facility being unavailable, there was no prior information shared and no discount or compensation offered.To make things worse, the pricing felt unreasonable. Charging ’250 for a single cup of tea at a property that is not even a five-star hotel felt excessive.Overall, the stay did not match the expectations created by the listing, and the lack of basic amenities and transparency made the experience disappointing.

One of the highlights of my experience was the outstanding service. The staff were incredibly attentive, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction.The food was another standout feature. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared, offering a great variety of flavors that catered to different tastes. Dining at the hotel felt like a special experience each time.

Had breakfast at this hotel a few days ago and it was an excellent experience. The parathas were outstanding, prepared perfectly by chef Harjas Pal Singh. The service was equally impressive ’ Anjali was warm, polite, and very attentive. Overall, great food and great service. Definitely a must-try!’
