Stayed here with my family, but the service here sucks so bad. This location & hotel is only good if you want to get married at a hotel far off, and invite relatives who you hate. The staff claims that their hotel is good, but having lot of rooms in a building doesn’t make it good.The rooms are big & spacious. But the hygiene is absolutely zero. There is no proper room service. Requested multiple times for the housekeeping to be done- but nothing. Had asked for basics things like towels, tea cups- which never even arrived. The included breakfast was literally the worst thing ever. I cannot understand how basic things like bread and jam could also be ruined when it comes to food. The staff is so impolite.The location is the only thing I liked

Rooms and service was good, but complementary breakfast was tasteless, non-authentic and served mostly unhealthy deep fried items like vada, bonda, poori. We also ordered burnt garlic noodles as room service and that too was spicy and tasteless. It is almost outside the city, so I didn't see any advantage of the location.
