Had a great experience with very supportive hosts. Chirag assisted us in securing great last-minute room deals, and Pradeep, who manages the kitchen, was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure all our little needs were met. The in-house kitchen serves delicious food, especially the seafood.

I don't understand how this place has 4 stars. The manager is completely unprofessional, lacking any sense of hospitality and unable to communicate properly. Additionally, the linens were dirty, the bathroom was drenched, and the manager responded by saying it would get wet again anyway.

Come here with no expectations: 1. The rooms were quite dirty, bedsheets had hair which we had to get cleaned, and the washrooms were stained and wet. 2. Breakfast is not included; there's a restaurant nearby where you have to go to get food. 3. The manager is very blunt, could use some kindness since he works in hospitality. 4. Definitely not worth the money. We were very disappointed with our stay. Went to Alibaug with high hopes but felt really unwelcome.

We reserved a deluxe room for 4 adults with a private pool. Although it was stated to accommodate up to 4 people with only one bed, they gave us just one thin mattress and a balcony sofa that was uncomfortable. The AC didn't cool properly, and breakfast wasn't included despite the high cost. There were frequent power outages, happening nearly every hour. The bathroom was dirty. Overall, it was very overpriced and not worth it.

I recently stayed at this resort and had a generally wonderful time. The atmosphere was lovely, calm, and ideal for a relaxing break. The grounds feature many picturesque areas, perfect for taking memorable photos. It's certainly a nice spot to relax and enjoy some quality moments. On the downside, the swimming pool could use better maintenance as it wasn't as clean as I had hoped, which somewhat impacted the visit. Other than that, everything else was pleasant.
