I expected a much better experience based on the branding, but this stay was completely not value for money. First, amenities listed or shown (like the pool) were completely inaccessible, which felt misleading. The biggest issue, however, was the complete lack of basic hospitality regarding quiet hours. Loud music was being played well into during actual sleeping hours, completely ruining any chance of rest. A hostel or hotel should at least ensure guests can sleep peacefully. Management needs to take noise control seriously. Won't be coming back.
Our stay at this property was very pleasant and comfortable. Our group consisted of 15 people, including 2 children and an elderly person, and we received a warm welcome. Ajit from the property kindly picked us up from a location despite heavy rain, ensuring we arrived without any problems. The rooms were clean and well-kept. The hotel staff promptly attended to every request. We opted for the full meal plan, and the food was genuine and delicious.

The property is nice, but we were quite let down by the food and the dining experience overall. We asked specifically for a local Surmai fry and even spoke to the chef about it, but instead of listening, the lady chef argued with us. We had hoped for better hospitality and communication from the staff. I would advise others not to pick this place just based on pictures and reviews. Our experience with the food and service was very disappointing.

Our stay at Western Breeze Villas was fantastic. The property is stunning, tranquil, and very well kept. The rooms were cozy and spotless, creating an ideal setting for a peaceful retreat. The location is great, with the beach close by. Special thanks to Ajit and Ravi for their exceptional hospitality—they were very helpful, courteous, and attentive during our visit. Their friendly service truly enhanced our experience. The food was tasty, the service excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended for families, couples, and groups visiting Alibaug. We look forward to coming back! Thanks again, Ajit and Ravi, for making our stay unforgettable! ❤️
