The hotel is very nice and the staff are helpful. The food at the restaurant is just average.

Our stay at Western Breeze Villas was fantastic. The cuisine is excellent, the atmosphere is charming, and the staff are very courteous. One of the best features is how close it is to the beach.

The place was very cozy and the service was excellent! The rooms were charming, the food delicious, and the staff very friendly. Also, it was just a 10-minute walk from Badami beach. It felt like a small community. Definitely a 10/10, highly recommend for family and friends 🫶

This was the best stay I've had in Alibaug. I didn't expect the property to be so peaceful and well kept. The staff were welcoming, and room service was available. Even during the summer, the place stays cool thanks to the surrounding trees. The rooms are well maintained. The food was better than average and reasonably priced. Nagaon Alibaug beach is within walking distance. I researched on Google and other sites before booking, and I'm happy I wasn't disappointed.

The location is fantastic with great atmosphere and nearby attractions, making it an ideal place to visit. The setting is beautiful, tranquil, and very well kept, contributing to a pleasant overall vibe. However, despite these positives, the service experience was quite disappointing. The food service was very slow; we ordered coffee and misal, but it took between 30 minutes to an hour to be served, which is unacceptable and reflects poorly on service quality. The Wi-Fi in the room was also very slow, with speeds only around 2–3 Mbps, making basic internet use difficult and inconvenient. Additionally, the cafeteria service was problematic. Although guests are called for meals on time, the cafeteria lacks basic essentials. For instance, when I asked for a spoon, it took almost 5 minutes to receive one because spoons are kept in the kitchen rather than near the dining area. Such delays for simple needs show poor service management and lack of attention to guest convenience. Overall, while the property, ambiance, and surroundings are impressive, the service standards require significant improvement to match the quality of the location.
