Awful experience!! I reserved through Agoda and paid completely upfront. Upon arrival, I was informed I couldn't check in because they lack a license to rent to foreigners. The landlord offered no assistance and said it wasn't their issue. I contacted Agoda, and they promised a full refund within 30 days. If you're a foreigner, avoid booking here!
