Cosmopolitan Hotel

This was possibly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel. AC wasn’t working. Beds were unclean and the amenities within the room were all dirty!The AC had such noise throughout the night with it feeling, more like a heater than an AC. Despite complaining multiple times, nothing changed. Phone didn’t work. Their response to everything was - ’this is how all the rooms are ’’?Might as well just shut down the place?

Stayed here only for 5 hours on 4th March. Except for its location, nothing was good. Ac not working. No cooling effect even though we raised a complaint and some guys attended to it. Room Telephone out of order. No one bothered to check even though we raised a complaint. Restaurant - Very Few items available at 8.30pm. Whatever we ordered was of very bad quality. Very Disapointed with the Hotel. My marks 2 out of 10.

Had a lovely stay at the hotel cosmopolitan . The property is beautiful, peaceful, and well maintained. Special thanks to jay & passang from the staff who was extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay Their hospitality really made my experience more comfortable and memorable. Would definitely love to visit again.

Totally not good..walls soaking water in the rooms..No hot water..The manager is telling go and give negative rating.we don't fear..Beyond staff the owner should maintain the building comforts.and spent some for renovation and upgrading..The cleaning ,serving staff is good.Complementary breakfast not at all good.As it's near to railway station so many people come..but this not at all suggestable stay ..paying high without any comforts..Very bad experience for us..we got delay in reaching palani because of their service.no hot water..nothing..And bed sheets are worst ..not washed well..looking reddish and bad smell

We have booked 5 Rooms for our 12 guests group on 15 January 2026 and made all payment in advance but after reaching at hotel today on 27 January 2026 they are giving us 3 rooms for 12 people. After asking for more room they are saying that we have no vacant room and hotel is fully packed. Receptionist is not giving any proper reply to us and saying that in morning manager will come and he will give solution. But i am unable to understand that because we have one night stay in this hotel then after check our what solution he will give to us. When i am asking for refund they are denying to us not giving any response. And now i am help less that we do not have any option except to adjust 12 person in three rooms. This hotel and staff is cheating with us. So do not believe them and even do not book this hotel online. They are pathetic. They have cheated me and my group.
