This place is definitely not a 3-star hotel; it feels more like a poorly kept lodge. The room's state was very disappointing and did not match the advertisement at all. There were frequent power outages during the night, and each time the electricity went off, it took almost a minute for the backup power to start, which was quite inconvenient. The room was in bad shape: the ceiling fan was dusty and dirty, the bedside table and furniture had peeling laminate and visible damage, and the windows were dirty and not well maintained. The exhaust fan was broken, so we had to keep the window open for air. On top of that, the TV didn’t work at all. Basic amenities were almost missing; only a soap and shampoo sachet were provided, with no toothpaste or toothbrush. Overall, the room felt neglected, unhygienic, and lacked even the basic standards expected from a 3-star hotel. I wouldn’t suggest this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or decent stay. The online photos are misleading, and the actual condition is far below what one would expect.

Service is very poor; I've been trying to reach them for the past two days with no reply.

The rooms were not cleaned well; the floor and washroom were dirty, and the pillow cover had stains and hair, which made me doubt the hygiene standards. The only positive was that the receptionist arranged a vehicle for us, but unfortunately, the driver was reckless and collided with two different cars on the way. The location is good, but the rooms and service need significant improvement. It would also be helpful if they could separate the sink and bath area with a slightly raised tile to prevent the entire washroom from getting wet when someone showers.
