I had a miserable 3-day stay. The Recipients was incredibly rude, and the reception was completely uncooperative throughout my visit.My room was unhygienic, with a foul-smelling washroom that went ignored despite multiple requests to have it cleaned or to change rooms. Their service is dishonest; they provided free water only on the first day, then charged me an extra 160rs for water bottles for the remaining two days. To make matters worse, the receptionist was unprofessional and aggressive when I was 30 minutes late for checkout, immediately demanding a 500rs "late fee" and starting an argument.This hotel lacks basic standards of hygiene and hospitality. Save your money and stay elsewhere.
The overall stay was confirtable and price of booking done by this platform is affordable compared to direct prices
Some time water smells and couple of cockroaches were spotted in the bathroom
