Firstly there was no electricity when we reached, they don't even have a generator or anything for emergency use when there's no electricity. The room was so claustrophobic,tiny and cramped. Check-out was at 11:00, we've stayed at a million places at every other hotel, air BnB no one has ever overcharged unless we're extending our stay. Here they charged 1000 regardless! Didn't like the place or service.
The room was clean.Location is good , there are so many shops outside it for basic needs and various eateries also.But the VIP check in and check out was a scam.They said it is based on availability of room and they were unavailable, we had to talk about this to the service centre .They were ready to take extra charge for late check out but denied for late free check out.The rooms' height is little bit less.Hands were touching to ceiling for a person of height 5'10".
The behaviour of the manager was terrible and disrespecting
