I checked in with my parents at Jai Hind Building, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. There is no lift, yet we were given a room on the 4th floor, which was very inconvenient, especially for elderly guests. There was no room service, no complimentary drinking water, and no RO water facility. Moreover, the staff seemed untrained and did not know how to properly handle or assist customers. Overall, the service and facilities were far below expectations.मैं अपने माता-पिता के साथ जय हिंद बिल्डिंग में चेक-इन किया था, लेकिन हमारा अनुभव काफी निराशाजनक रहा। बिल्डिंग में लिफ्ट की सुविधा नहीं है, फिर भी हमें चौथी मंजिल पर कमरा दिया गया, जो खासकर बुजुर्गों के लिए काफी असुविधाजनक था। कमरे में रूम सर्विस की कोई सुविधा नहीं थी, न ही पीने के लिए पानी की बोतल या RO वाटर की व्यवस्था थी। इसके अलावा, स्टाफ को ग्राहकों से उचित तरीके से व्यवहार करने और उनकी सहायता करने की सही जानकारी भी नहीं थी। कुल मिलाकर, होटल की सुविधाएँ और सेवा हमारी अपेक्षाओं से काफी नीचे रहीं।
