A wonderful spot to stay close to Kotagiri. The property is spacious with fields and offers beautiful views. They provide reliable wifi (150-300mbps) and serve food at affordable rates. There are occasional power outages and wifi interruptions. I worked here for a week and had a positive experience. Buses run hourly from Kotagiri to this location until 9pm (schedule may vary).

Not suitable for families or couples

The stay was okay, with clean rooms and bathrooms, but the room size was quite small. Only a few rooms offer a mountain view, so if you visit on a weekend or during peak season, you might end up with a room without a view. However, outside the room, the view is excellent, and you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise. The food was average; we ordered chapathi, egg curry, egg fried rice, and chicken 65. The chapathi was just alright, the egg curry was poor, but the egg fried rice and chicken 65 were good. Instead of dining here, there's a small eatery nearby called Harish Tea and Tiffin stall. Their menu is limited, but everything they serve tastes really good.

Stay was average, rooms and bathrooms were clean. But the room size is very small. They have only very few rooms with the mountain view so you may get a room with no view if you are going on weekend or during season. Chappathi was just okay and the egg curry was very bad and egg fried rice and chicken 65 were good. Instead of eating here there is a small mess near the stay called Harish Tea and Tiffin stall. They don’t have many options in the menu but everything they serve is really good.
