The resort called Hidden Heaven is actually nice and perfectly fine. However, the staff you have employed there, especially the administrative/housekeeping staff, are extremely rude and speak to guests very disrespectfully.We are paying customers and are staying there by paying for everything. We are not staying there for free. The first and biggest issue is their behavior, which was absolutely unacceptable.There were three ladies staying in my room. When someone knocks on the door, you would expect them to ask permission before entering. But one of the staff members simply walked into our room without properly asking “Excuse me” or getting permission. How can someone behave like that? If the same thing happened to them, with someone entering their room without permission while their wife or daughter was inside, how would they feel?This was one of the worst behaviors I have ever experienced. It was extremely unpleasant and disrespectful. The staff member just entered the room suddenly without any proper permission and spoke to us very rudely.We paid for our stay and food. We did not come there expecting anything for free. We paid for everything we used, including accommodation and food, so we deserve to be treated with basic respect.Agoda, this is my kind request to you because we trust you a lot. Whenever we travel, we always use Agoda, and you can check our complete booking history. Please do not support a resort where guests are treated this way.I feel sorry for the owner because they may not even be aware of how the staff are behaving with guests. If the owner is keeping staff like this, it can seriously damage the reputation of the resort and cause them a lot of problems.Please take this matter seriously and make sure the staff behavior is corrected. If necessary, please change the administrator/maid or take appropriate action against the person responsible.This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Please look into this issue and take appropriate action.
