The property is spotless
The property is not recommended and not worthy of the listed description. It was advertised as a 5-star resort but is, in reality, only a 2-star property at best.I booked 3 rooms at an approximate cost of INR ***, while the property’s direct rate is around INR 15,000. This discrepancy, along with the misleading star rating, requires your urgent review and corrective action.Kindly investigate this matter and provide a resolution.
