Writing this after a year of staying here. Initially, I thought the room was pricey, but Ashish persuaded me to book it. He is a very kind person, and I never regretted my choice. If I visit Lucknow again, I will surely meet Ashish and stay at this hotel. The quality they offer matches the price.

I booked 2 rooms for 6 nights but stayed only 5 nights. So, I am asking for a refund for the one night I didn't use. However, neither the hotel nor Goibibo customer service has helped me. Because of this, the payment for that one night is lost. Also, the lady at reception was very rude and had no manners in how she spoke to and handled guests.

Bad experience

I stopped by around midnight to drop off a colleague with my family. Our toddlers were very hungry, but it was too late to order dinner. Since she needed to catch a bus soon, ordering online wasn’t practical. The dining room staff were incredibly kind, packing some cornflakes for the kids and waiting while they ate and used the restroom. I didn’t stay since my home is nearby, but their kindness really touched me. Wonderful staff.
