DO NOT BOOK YOUR EVENTS HERE!!!!1. Absolutely no cooperation from the front desk staff.2. The hotel deliberately switches off the AC in the lobby, reception, and other common areas, making the environment extremely uncomfortable.3. Only one access card is provided per room, while the lifts require card access. During events, this creates unnecessary inconvenience for guests moving up and down. At the very least, two access cards per room should be provided.4. One of the worst booking experiences ever ’ the hotel staff keeps blaming the online booking team, while the online booking team shifts responsibility back to the hotel staff.Overall, it was an extremely tiring and disappointing experience. The support staff and waiters were actually polite and helpful, but unfortunately they end up facing the guests’ frustration because of poor management decisions and lack of coordination.

I visited Hotel Regnant during the TTJ event and had a great experience there. The hotel has excellent facilities, delicious food, and very good service. The staff was polite and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely visit again.

I have recently visited this hotel for attending a family wedding.Absolutely gorgeous interior with amazing ’? service they have this huge waiting area ’? where atleast at a time 50 guest can wait.They have AC allover the place so it is really convient for the guest only one thing I didn't liked about this place was that the restrooms was very far away from halls or public areas which is totally unnecessary.Otherwise it is one the best bestest hotel in Lucknow.Absolutely worth renting for wedding purposes

I know this is a very late review, and while that’s not really an excuse, I still wanted to share it because they truly helped make a very important event successful for us.I visited this hotel on 19th January 2026 to celebrate my parents’ 75th anniversary. The event wasn’t planned in advance, and after facing rejections from several places, I didn’t have much hope. However, the way they welcomed me completely changed my expectations. From helping with the menu selection to arranging the backdrop decoration and organizing the event, everything was handled wonderfully.Everyone who attended loved the experience, and one thing that really stood out was the food. The menu was absolutely delicious and very satisfying.There were a very few minor ups and downs with the service, but considering that everything was arranged at the last moment, it’s completely understandable and not their fault. Despite the short notice, they managed more than 95% of the arrangements and made the event a success.I’m truly grateful for their efforts. The entire event was managed by Faiz, and he did a great job with his team.

Recently visited Lords of Drinks at The Regnant in Lucknow for a family get-together, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience.The ambience was good and lively, making it a great place to relax and enjoy quality time together. The interiors are stylish and well-designed, creating a vibrant yet comfortable atmosphere suitable for families as well as friends.One of the highlights was the big screen where we enjoyed watching a live cricket match. It added excitement to the evening and made the gathering even more fun, especially for the cricket lovers in our family.The food was impressive, with a good variety of dishes that were both delicious and well-presented.They also have a dance floor, which added energy to the evening. Overall, it was a memorable experience with great food, good vibes.
